Service offered: Suffolk Mind works across the mental health continuum from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support and information for everyone. We offer a range of services across Suffolk including counselling, Waves (our borderline personality disorder service), supported housing, GreenCare allotment projects and The Mental Health Toolkit, our workplace wellbeing training programme. Suffolk Mind is an independent charity whose mission is to make the county the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
