Service offered: Range of services for people with mental health needs, including day opportunities and training courses in Hereford. Also provide residential care, intensive supported housing for individuals within the community and a Community Support Team offering one-to-one support across Herefordshire. There is also a Safe Haven service for people in emotional distress, who need urgent support with their mental health. Also, a team of link workers to provide one to one support for mental health needs.
