Service offered: Emotional support, information and advocacy for people caring for an ill or disabled person at home. Information on a range of issues, including disability and health, support groups and other services for carers. Young carers and volunteer projects. Run regular activities, outings and groups. Also provide legal surgeries and targeted support for mental health carers and dementia carers in addition to bereaved carers.
