Service offered: Working Families is the UK’s leading work-life balance organisation. We help working parents and carers and their employers find a better balance between responsibilities at home and work. Working Families provides advice to parents and carers who work or wish to work. We have a legal helpline for free advice on maternity, paternity and flexible working rights, problems at work, discrimination and in-work benefits. The helpline is run by a team of solicitors and advisers and has an Advice Quality Standard Quality Mark.
