General information

Service offered: Practical advice, support and casework for victims of racial and police harassment. 24 hour emergency line staffed by volunteers to give support to victims of racist attacks and police harassment. Monitors the response of the police and local authorities to such incidents. Access to interpreters. Training for community groups. Volunteering opportunities. Community outreach & development projects.

Target group: Victims of race-hate crime and police misconduct.

Area served: LBs Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge & Waltham Forest.

Monday: 10am - 6pm, emergency 24 hours

Tuesday: 10am - 6pm, emergency 24 hours

Wednesday: 10am - 6pm, emergency 24 hours

Thursday: 10am - 6pm, emergency 24 hours

Friday: 10am - 6pm, emergency 24 hours

Weekends: Emergency line 24 hours

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
