General information

Service offered: Advice, advocacy and support for victims of hate crime and those who have experienced discrimination and harassment. Hate crime hotline 6pm - 12 midnight 7 nights a week. Home visits when appropriate. Outreach general advice surgeries to marginalized and vulnerable communities

Target group: People who have experienced hate crime, discrimination and harassment. People who may not know their rights or how to access benefits, housing, work

Office Hours: Irregular but telephone for appointments. Office available on phone (including answerphone when all officers out)

Access notes: Steps at entrance. Use of more accessible premises can be arranged in advance. Home visits for people unable to attend the office. Our public meetings will be in accessible buildings
