Service offered: The national centre of expertise on drugs & drugs law– providing free & confidential specialist advice via a national helpline. Delivers 2 regional frontline services: therapeutic counselling & legal outreach surgeries in drug treatment centres, as well as a National expert witness service (reports & testimony). Produces a number of educational publications & engages with NGOs & select committees.
Target group: Drugs users, their families & friends, professionals dealing with related issues.
