General information
Service offered: A community run mental health support service for anyone over the age of 18 living in the London Borough of Sutton. A place where people can connect with others relax and socialise. Many activities based on the five steps to wellbeing, including yoga, drama, mindfulness, board games etc. Refreshments and snacks available. Advice and information on an informal basis. Peer support service and groups for people who hear voices. Sutton Crisis Café is open in the evenings to provide a safe, non-clinical and supportive environment to people experiencing a mild to moderate mental health crisis. We offer support as an alternative to attending A&E, or when other services are not available. (Open Monday – Sunday 6:30pm – 11pm; last admission 10:30pm)
