Service offered: Information and advice for disabled people and their carers. Independent living project. Help and advice on access. Home visiting scheme for isolated vulnerable people. Reaching Out Project provides befriending, advice and support for older and disabled people living alone. Help at home carers project. Gardening, minor house repairs, reading for those with sight loss.
