Service offered: We offer a range of services for older people in Buckinghamshire, all aimed to help them achieve and maintain their independence. Our Information and Advice line offers free and impartial advice on all issues concerning older people, their families and carers. We have some free services, most of which are delivered at home. These services include; Befriending and Welfare Benefits (including help with form filling). We also have some chargeable services that are aimed at supporting older people to live indpendently, by supplying trusted agents. These services include; Help in the Home (Cleaning & Ironing), Toe nail cutting, Hairdressing, Computer training, Handyperson and Gardening.
Target group: Older people (60+) and their families.
Area served: Aylesbury Vale, South Bucks, Wycombe and Chiltern District Council areas.
