Service offered: Homelessness resource centre for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed, providing emergency, support and prevention services. Rough-sleeper outreach & survival services, including hot meals, showers, laundry, clothing, sleeping bags, phone-charging, post etc. Specialist advice on housing, accessing benefits & bank accounts, health, training, and addiction issues; key-working and referrals to accommodation providers and other services. Housing resettlement projects & supported access to private rented tenancies.
Target group: People who are homeless or inadequately housed.
