General information

Service offered: Counselling and Support Groups for bereaved people. Volunteers meet with clients at Queen Mary's Hospital and if required at a venue in Bromley and also offer a two hour weekly call-in session at the United Reformed Church in Geddes Place, Bexleyheath (near the Clock Tower) Counselling available for bereaved children. There are two bereavement support groups held once a month on a Wednesday evening between 7pm and 9pm in Bromley and Erith (Suspended during Covid 19, please phone/email for up to date information). Additional Walk and Talk bereavement support group meets every Tuesday morning at 10am in the car park of the Stables Restaurant in Danson Park, Bexley. Due to Covid 19 we are currently only offering a telephone bereavement support service and all face to face meetings and groups have been suspended until further notice.

Target group: Anyone who has been bereaved, including children.

Area served: London Boroughs of Bexley and Bromley.
