General information
Service offered: Mental Health Resource provides safe spaces and person-centred mental health support in our community to help people improve their wellbeing. Our 5 key projects, are: 'The Hub' - a vibrant well-being centre which offers a range of wellbeing activities to improve the lives of anyone living with poor mental health. The 'Serenity cafe' -an out-of-hours crisis café on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. 'Reachout' - confidential support groups, in Edenbridge, Paddock Wood and Southborough, which focus on wellbeing in a caring, non-judgemental environment. 'Reachout Youth' – informal and creative sessions, located in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, for young people aged 13-19, term time only. 'Assert' - a specialist advocacy service provided to those who are detained (“sectioned”) under the Mental Health Act 1983 and for people suffering mental health issues in the community.
