Service offered: Mental health resource centre for adults who have mental health problems. Offer advice and signposting, social support, personal support plans, group work, therapeutic arts, stained glass, photography, ceramics, gym, badminton, swimming, relaxation. Peer mentoring. Courses delivered on food and mood, assertiveness, managing stress and anxiety, wellbeing, pottery, printing.
Target group: Adults (18-65) who have mental health problems.
