Service offered: Elmbridge Community Link offers various activities for people with a broad spectrum of learning disabilities in centres in Walton on Thames and West Molesey. Younger people 16+ with mild learning disabilities = Allsports Tuesday evenings 6.30pm-8.30pm / Boardgames Evening Monday 6pm – 8pm. Multi Activity Wednesday 10am-3pm to include befriending session, Art and Crafts. Music Workshop Sunday 2pm-4pm (monthly).
Target group: Adults and young people (16 plus) with learning disabilities.
Area served: Elmbridge - incorporating Weybridge, Walton, Hersham, Esher, Claygate, Cobham, The Moleseys and The Dittons
