General information
Service offered: Range of services for vulnerable adults of all ages. Advice and information, including advice on accessing other services. Operates two Hubs, in Hornchurch and Harold Hill, that provide activities and support services to improve mental and physical health and wellbeing. Provides access to affordable cooked food on site and at home and provides activities that help people to stay connected and tackle loneliness and isolation. Specialises in supporting those living with dementia and personal care needs.
Target group: All adults particularly those that are vulnerable or isolated.
