Service offered: Centre for the Asian community in Redbridge. Advice on care, immigration, mental health, transport and mobility, education and training, racial harassment and housing. Weekly groups for men and women aged 50+ with outings/cultural events. Self-defence, karate, music and dance classes. Young women's group. Group for people with mental health problems. Punjabi language classes.
