Service offered: Carer support workers provide respite care to carers of people with disabilities in their own homes. Care support workers give practical help and personal care, enabling the carer to take a break. 24 hour emergency response service (0118 945 4218). Young carers project. Weekly young carers youth group. Social club for people with disabilities and/or cognitive impairment.
