Service offered: POhWER provides a range of advocacy and empowerment services across many areas of England. These include: - Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)/Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)/Relevant Person’s Paid Representative Service (RPPR)/Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)/NHS Complaints Advocacy/Children’s and Young People’s Advocacy including CAMHS/Care Act Advocacy/HertsHelp/Direct Payments/Secure and Complex Advocacy Services/Community Advocacy/Information, Advice and Signposting Services
Target group: We provide information, advice, support and advocacy to people who experience disability, vulnerability, distress and social exclusion.
Area served: Central and East of England, London, East Midlands, West Midlands, Southern England
