Service offered: Advice, information and support for people with any form of dementia, and for their carers. Dementia Support Workers give expert practical advice and support to help you understand dementia, cope with the day-to-day challenges it brings, and prepare for the future. Also offer groups across Southampton, Eastleigh and New Forest: Singing for the Brain, and Music Groups.

Target group: People with any form of diagnosed dementia and their carers.
