Service offered: St Clare Hospice is a local charity and each year we care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders. We provide free, compassionate care and support to adults who are living with a life-limiting illness, facing the end of life or experiencing bereavement.
Target group: People with a life-limiting illness, their families and friends.
Area served: West Essex and the borders of East Hertfordshire, including Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth.
