General information

Service offered: Advice and information on a range of issues, including benefits and welfare rights, consumer issues, employment and housing rights, money and debt. For initial contact, we see Clients at a Drop-in Session where a trained adviser will explore the issue. Drop-in Advice Sessions (no appointment needed) are held at the above address as follows: Mondays (except Bank holidays), Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10a.m. to 1p.m. Reception opens at 9.30a.m. and Clients are seen on a 'first come, first served' basis subject to availability of advisers.
