General information

Service offered: Housing advice to prevent homelessness and to help people sustain their tenancy in either social housing or the private rented sector. Advice and assistance and can also be given for homeowners.For those where homelessness cannot be prevented, a full assessment will be carried out under the Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 (amended 2002).Out of normal office hours and in an emergency, the contact number is 01233 629911.
