Service offered: Homelessness prevention service which provides advice and assistance to residents of Fareham in housing need to help them find successful solutions to their housing problem. Also undertakes local authority statutory services in relation to those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Drop-in Monday-Friday 9.30am-4pm. Emergency out of hours phone 0800 374485.
