Service offered: Housing advice regarding: security of tenure, prevention of homelessness and alternative accommodation in the private sector. Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Housing provided for people to whom the Council accepts a duty to accommodate. Emergency Duty Line: 0300 123 7719.
Target group: Anyone in need of housing advice, particularly homeless people/those threatened with homelessness.
