Service offered: Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - those with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. Also offers general housing advice and information to private and council tenants and homeless people.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.
Area served: Spelthorne Borough Council - Staines, Ashford, Sunbury and surrounding areas.
How to contact: Phone (01784 446 380 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) / Email. The Housing Options Desk is Staffed between 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. The desk opens at 1pm to 4pm on a Wednesday.
