Service offered: Advice, information and assistance for Borough residents with housing problems. Deal with all housing and related benefits issues. Casework, mediation and advocacy for people experiencing complex housing problems. Responsible for housing register, homelessness assessments under part VI of the Housing Act and for arranging temporary accommodation where appropriate. Out of hours phone 01372 732000.
