General information

Service offered: Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - those with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk from violence. General housing advice to private and council tenants, homeless people and those wanting access to social housing or the private sector. Opening hours phone 01962 848 163 - Office hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (4.30pm on a Friday), except on a Wednesday when duty will start at 1pm till 5pm. For out of hours emergencies, please contact our out of hours service on 01962 865 407.

Target group: People who are or may be priority homeless, the general public.
