Service offered: Homelessness prevention service providing advice and assistance to any household in the district threatened with homelessness or experiencing housing difficulties (initial advice by telephone, interview by appointment only. Interviews continue to be conducted remotely.). Management of the Social Housing Register (sub-regional Allocations Policy). Assessment of statutory duties under the Housing/Homelessness Acts. Limited access to rent bond/loan scheme for some priority need households. 24/7 emergency duty officer via switchboard number
