General information

Service offered: Advice and assistance on housing options and preventing homelessness including the assessment of homeless applications in line with the Housing Act 1996 (as amended). Private rented sector access schemes enabling those in housing need to secure suitable and affordable accommodation in the private rented sector. Landlord incentive scheme encouraging landlords to let their properties to those in housing need via the Council’s private rented sector access scheme. Out of hours emergencies phone 01268 286622.

Target group: People experiencing housing related difficulties including those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness .
