General information

Service offered: Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. General housing advice and information to private and council tenants. Rent deposit bonds and rent in advance schemes targeting households on a low income, in housing need and where the Council may owe a duty towards them if they become homeless.

Target group: People who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
