Service offered: Advice and assistance provided to prevent homelessness, with different housing options discussed and explained. Signposting to partnership agencies for specialist help where particular expertise is required. Service available for those threatened with mortgage problems or home repossession. Assessment of priority need. Management of the housing register. Rough sleeper outreach.
