Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Provision of housing for people considered in priority need of housing. Housing options service offers general housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people. Rent deposit schemes for priority and non-priority homeless. Out of hours emergencies 0300 790 0342.
Target group: People who are in need of housing advice to prevent homelessness or who need assistance if homeless.
