Service offered: Adult Social Club for over 55’s, If you, or someone you know, feels isolated or lonely, please do come and talk to us. We have plenty of skills and experience: Mobility needs? Don’t worry if you have difficulty moving around; we can help. Dementia? We can assist members living with early stages of dementia. Care and support services. Caring for those with disabilities. Caring for those with long-term health conditions. Experience with stroke and Parkinson’s patients.Our friendly team offers a warm, caring, and happy atmosphere. In addition to providing a stimulating and active environment, we offer companionship as well as respite care. We are a registered charity operating a small, independent social club dedicated to serving the local community. Our mission is to provide essential care and support services while offering stimulating activities, companionship, and enjoyment to our members. We ensure that we fulfill all our members' needs while treating them with the respect they deserve. We pride ourselves on being dementia-friendly and caring for those with long-term health conditions and individuals with disabilities within our community. We offer an on-site chiropody service together with a hair salon. Please enquire for further details. A coffee morning for all is held on the 3rd Thursday of every month, where carers, and those interested in our services can come for a coffee, meet others and have a chat. We also offer a lunch club where you can attend for lunch only on your chosen day from 12 midday until 1.30 pm. Transport is available within a 4 mile radius of the Social Club for those wishing to attend all day.
