General information
Service offered: Advice and assistance with disabled adaptations (DFG) to enable our residents to remain living independently in their own homes. Advice and assistance with repairs and improvements for residents (financial assistance is subject to a means-test). Advice and assistance to help bring empty properties back into occupation, and assistance with energy efficiency improvements for landlords of certain properties. A Handyperson service is also provided for homeowners aged over 60 or retired.
Target group: Disabled, older and vulnerable home owners and private sector tenants.
