Service offered: Our Housing Advice service offers free, confidential advice to anyone with a housing-related issue including private sector tenants, housing association tenants, council tenants, owner-occupiers, landlords, homeless people, Illegal eviction and harassment. The Housing Advice Service also manages the Home-Link choice based lettings system.

Target group: People who are or may be homeless, people in housing need, general public.

Monday: 10am - 4pm

Tuesday: 10am - 4pm

Wednesday: 1pm to 4pm - Emergencies only. This means if you are homeless today

Thursday: 10am - 4pm

Friday: 10am - 4pm

Weekends: Closed 0844 335 3944 for out-of-hours emergency queries only
