Service offered: Housing advice provided with the aim of preventing homelessness or relieving housing difficulties for those in social, private sector or mortgaged housing. Landlord/tenant advice. Help with defending possession proceedings. Assessment of duties towards people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Rent deposit scheme - limited resource. Interview rooms are not currently available in the office building. Any face to face appointments are strictly by appointment only and only when necessary.
