Service offered: Equipment and information centre offering information and advice. Daily living aids, equipment display and purchase. Social and wellbeing activities are planned regularly. Hospital information service with our Eye Clinic Liaison Officer at QE Hospital eye clinic. Other centres in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Diss and Cromer. Mobile resource centre.
