Service offered: Advice and support for people living with sight loss in West Norfolk including accessible social clubs and activities, daily living equipment and technology, home visits, eye clinic support, independent housing, telephone befriending and support for children, young people and families. Other community hubs in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Target group: Blind and partially sighted people of all ages.
