Service offered: Information and advice on all aspects of hearing loss. Display room for demonstrating equipment. Assessment of need conducted on behalf of Kent County Council Social Services for assistive equipment for anyone over 29 with a diagnosed hearing loss. Works to ensure that all D/deaf and people living with hearing loss have access to relevant services. Deaf awareness training. BSL courses. Lip-reading classes. Tinnitus Support Groups across Kent. NHS Hearing Aid maintenance clinics across the County. Social Groups.

Target group: People who are D/deaf, or have hearing loss, and their families.
