Service offered: Information and advice on a wide range of subjects affecting older people, including benefits, care and respite care, transport and mobility and finding accommodation. Help with form filling. Benefits checks. Housing and Care Options service. Information on vacancies in care homes across Norfolk. Monthly legal advice session. Advocacy service – general, bereavement and NHS Complaints.

Target group: Older people, their relatives and carers, anyone concerned for their well being.

Area served: Whole of Norfolk.

Monday: 10am - 4pm (Advice Line)

Tuesday: 10am - 4pm (Advice Line)

Wednesday: 10am - 4pm (Advice Line)

Thursday: 10am - 4pm (Advice Line)

Friday: 10am - 4pm (Advice Line)

Weekends:

Office Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday; 9am-4.30pm Friday
