Service offered: Age UK Norfolk are able to offer information and advice on a wide range of subjects affecting older people, including benefits, care and respite care, transport, mobility and finding accommodation (including care home vacancies). Age UK Norfolk provides further practical support with benefit checks, form filling and advocacy services (general, beareavement and NHS complaints). Other services include Money Matters (assistance with the management of household finances and paperwork) befriending, digital inclusion and travel companions.
Target group: Older people, their relatives and carers, anyone concerned for their well being.
