General information
Service offered: Information, Advice and Guidance to support carers to live well around their caring role. Carers can receive a tailored Carers Assessment to ensure their needs are being met as well as attending peer support, activities and events that are delivered on a weekly basis as well as volunteering opportunities. We provide services from 5 years old.
Target group: Unpaid carers, including young carers aged 7-18½.
Area served: Hartlepool and surrounding villages.
