Service offered: Advice about any social care issues for residents of Sefton. Can arrange social work and occupational therapy assessments. Signposting to a wide range of local services. Calls initially go through a call centre, who take brief details and pass on to the team. Out of hours emergencies phone 0151 934 3555.
