Service offered: Provides a referral service, information and advice on support for adults and older people. Several specialist teams also provide hospital based services and support for adults with learning disabilities. In an emergency in the evenings and at weekends you can contact Trafford Council’s Emergency Duty Team on 0161 912 2000. This should be used for issues which cannot wait until the next working day.
