Service offered: Information, advice and peer support for people who have lost their hearing to some greater extent and may rely on hearing aids and cochlear implants as well as those who have no useful hearing. Information, advice and publications on benefits, employment, communication and environmental aids, cochlear implants etc. Annual conference and quarterly newsletter for members. Annual conference, monthly email bulletins and a magazine three times a year.

Target group: Those with a hearing loss continuing to use the spoken word, their families and friends
