Service offered: General Housing advice, assistance and information aimed at preventing people becoming homeless. Emergency accommodation may be provided to those deemed homeless and in priority need. Out of hours emergencies phone 01507 601111. Wellbeing service offering support to enable vulnerable people support to live independently and maintain their health and wellbeing – working closely with all Housing Department and Social care.
Target group: General public, including people who are vulnerable or may be priority homeless.
