General information

Service offered: General housing advice and information to private and council tenants and to homeless people. Aims to prevent homelessness, but where this is not possible, advice and assistance will be given to help secure alternative accommodation. Advice on how to deal with mortgage or rent arrears, loss of accommodation, claiming housing benefit and applying to the housing register.

Target group: People who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, and the general public.
