General information

Service offered: Housing advice for priority and non-priority homeless people. Administers a choice based lettings scheme called Derby Homefinder. Joint Housing Register for Derby City Council and housing associations in Derby. General advice and information for private tenants and landlords.

Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.

How to contact: Drop-in service for ‘Homeless tonight’ only 8:30 –17.00 Monday to Friday. This is temporarily suspended due to Covid – 19, All Homeless Tonight customers can call us on 01332 888777. The public phones are still available to use at the Council House.
