General information
Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Provision of housing for people considered in priority need of housing. Temporary accommodation may be available while enquiries are made about eligibility. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people. Out of hours phone 01527 406643.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.

How to contact: If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, or require housing advice, you can register at https://live.housingjigsaw.co.uk/accounts/account/register and we will contact you to arrange an appointment, where appropriate. To make an application to the housing register go to: https://lichfielddistricthomes.housingjigsaw.co.uk. General enquiries can be made via housing@lichfielddc.gov.uk . Office not currently open to the public.
