Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Provision of housing for people considered in priority housing need. Temporary accommodation may be available while eligibility enquiries are made. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people. How to contact: In line with Government guidance to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, Riverside House is now closed to the public. Due to high volumes of enquiries and reduced staffing in the team it may take some time to reply to you.
