Service offered: Counselling for children and adults experiencing difficulties in their relationships.Deal with a range of other issues, including problems from childhood, anxiety, depression, parent/child relationships. Psychological training in dealing with stress, assertiveness, anger management, dealing with loss and change.
Target group: Individual adults and children/ young people experiencing personal difficulties.
